The discount code can be applied to online bookings via entering the discount code in the NOTES section of the booking system which appears at the checkout, or alternatively redeem booking via phone. This offer is 50% off your first visit - not treatment - therefore can be applied to multiple treatments in the same visit. APRIL OFFER - EASTER MONDAY SALE
This offer is valid from March 29th y - 1st April 2024. The discount code can be applied to all e-commerce retail products, excluding gift cards and e-gift cards. Discount code can only be used once per customer. This offer is invalid with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative is available.
SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS SURVEY DRAW
Open to all individuals, to enter the Survey, participants must complete all required fields of the survey form accurately and submit it within the designated survey period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a £100 gift voucher redeemable at Beauty Secrets, subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Draw closes on 10th March 2024 at 11:59pm. The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Beauty Secrets within seven (7) days after the Survey closing date.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Beauty Secrets cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Practitioners.

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and 72 hours for Spa Packages is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Beauty Secrets. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAINTENANCE LOYALTY CARD
Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative available. Free treatment cannot be resold and is allocated to the customer only. A maximum of 1 offer per customer, to be redeemed on your 18th appointment. Loyalty Card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem. Offer is only valid on nails, brow and waxing treatments when treatment space is available.
TREATCARD
Clients will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on single-prices treatments and products. Currently Treatcard points can be redeemed as follows:
500 points = 10% discount on full-priced retail products
750 points = 15% discount on full-priced retail products
T&Cs apply: Please note that the Treatcard benefits may be changed at any time, at the discretion of Beauty Secrets. Treatcard points cannot be redeemed for any value in cash.
20% DISCOUNT CARD
20% Discount Card applies to all treatments, valid for 6 months from the date issued. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. Cannot be resold and is allocated to the customer only. No cash alternative available. Offer is only valid when treatment space is available. 20% Discount Card must be presented at the time of appointment to redeem.
LOCAL BUSINESS DISCOUNT CARD
Discount does not apply to maintenance treatments such as waxing, nails or brows. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative available. Discount cannot be resold and is allocated to the named business and individual only. A maximum of 1 discount per customer per a visit, to be redeemed at time of payment. Discount card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem. Discount is only valid on facials and body treatments over 60 minutes when treatment space is available.
NEW HOME CARD
Discount and free treatment is only valid on specified treatments when treatment space is available. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative available. Discount cannot be resold and is allocated to the named business and individual only. A maximum of 1 offer per customer, to be redeemed at time of payment. New home card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem.
COURSES
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.
